• 4- 6 years of Experience in CFL manufacturing which includes,
• Solid experience in line planning,
• Experience in CFL Capsule production with Pinch sealing technology
• Experience in CFL assembly,
• Experience in process waste reduction with knowledge in Six Sigma techniques for waste reduction,
•  knowledge in Glass processing
• Shall have the considerable knowledge in CFL technology
• Has experience in GE - DT line (wire lamp)

The main reason for the job is: to work as “Production Engineer” in CFL factory

1.      To take care the Production planning

2.      To take care the material planning

3.      Develop the norms for the CFL production process

4.      Work closely with QC to improve and reduce the line rejections

5.      To work on training needs to the technicians

6.      To commit with sales for the delivery

7.      Analysis on process wastage / rejection reduction
