Experience in designing residential and complex buildings and villas (modern and class design).  Ability to coordinate with all other disciplines:  Structural, mechanial and electrical.

- Prepares full Architectural Documents (Plans, Elevations, sections, 3d perspective.)
-  Experience in Interior Designing 

-  Good experience in Preparing design and analysis reports & Cost Estimates.

-  Familiar with Architectural international codes and professional practice.

-  Experience in Site

-  Reviewing the drawings and verify compliance with the schematic design.

-  Reviewing technically any alternative solution proposed by the Contractors.

-  Proposing architectural solutions and alternative design.

SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE: Must be excellent in AUTOCAD, 3D MAX, PHOTOSHOP
